  1. Help! We use Onedrive for our company; however most of my files are in the cloud but not on my computer. How do I get all of our files that are already made to be in onedrive and on my computer?

  2. Thank you very much for your patience in explaining, a very useful video. I am a bit confused with 18.09 time, as I see "sharepoint" at the top of your screen, and not "onedrive" as previously used on the video… could you explain the difference? I got stuck just here, with this "change"! Many thanks.

  3. My online OneDrive I think is not working properly. I am unable to read, the prints is so small, I looked all over in how can I fix that. Also it files that I do not want in there. Please help.

  4. I appreciate you doing this video but I got lost around the 7:25 mark, "u said, if I click on this one, it went into that one" I had no clue what this one or that one meant or why you would want to do that…
It started moving so fast and I was lost by then..
Can u make a video for people who have no clue about why someone needs a One Drive and the difference between One Drive, Samsung Cloud, Gallery, and Google Photos and Google Drive? Are they all the same thing? Do we need them all? Also, why would we need to take photos from our computer and put them in One Drive? Does that mean you will then have another copy of each pic? One copy in your computer and another in a One Drive place?

  5. I don't see how the personal vault is secure. I have my email and phone number all over my compute so if someone gets my computer open they can get a code in my email. I think I need a folder in one drive that won't open unless I put in a pin number that only I know. What say you?

  6. HI! Can you please tell me what happens to my uploaded one drive data if I stop paying my monthly plan charge…can I still access it or they'll delete it…if yes then do they give a deadline after last payment after which they'll delete it permanently…..FOR PHONE
